What is Counselling?
Our counselling is a talking therapy where the counsellor helps to explore areas that are causing concern or difficulties. Counsellors are not there to judge or tell you what to do, but can help you get a better understanding of yourself and develop strategies and make changes where you would like.
It involves a series of meetings with a counsellor and is a time where you can explore your situation by expressing thoughts and feelings. Counselling sessions usually last for about 50 minutes.
